Research & Development Department

In industries such as the air-conditioning, which are undergoing rapid developments, manufacturers should continuously optimize their product designs. Also presence of rivals and customer preferences changing has made this matter an inevitable priority. The Research and Development Unit, sometimes referred to as R & D, is the department responsible for these kind of activities in companies.

In Sarma Afarin, since 2001, the R & D unit has been officially included in the organizational chart. The main objective of this department is to explore new possibilities, increasing absorptive capacity and finding new procedures for improving quality.

The main goals of this departments are as follows:

• Designing new products and improving the quality of the existing products
• Generating new knowledge for product development and process optimization
• Discovering and understanding market opportunities and demands
• Responding to the needs and demands of customers
• Improving the technical knowledge of other departments through training courses
• arranging training classes for customers in order to make them fully familiar with  system working principles and how to maintain it, which to optimal performance and reduce the problems caused by the lack of proper utilization.
